Chris Zacharias

Is a Boston - based composer and guitarist whose work blends jazz, contemporary classical practice, and electronic media into a language shaped by timbre, texture, and formal process. Drawing on influences from mathematics, computer science, and post - tonal theory, his music explores how structured systems can give rise to fluid, expressive sonic environments

He completed his undergraduate in Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music where he studied under Bob Pilkington and is currently working on a master's in composition at New England Conservatory where he studies under John Mallia.
